Study time calculator
Know the time gap before you make the plan.
Compare available days with a topic workload in minutes. Include days off and see how much time remains for reviews or practice.
Try the numbers
This example runs locally and does not change your saved plan.
Use estimates you can revise
Break a large subject into topics you can estimate. The main planner accepts 15–240 minutes per topic and rounds up to 15-minute blocks. Split larger topics before importing them; the calculator here accepts a total workload for a quick first check.
Capacity is not learning progress
Ten days at 60 minutes gives 600 available minutes. A 450-minute workload leaves 150 minutes of capacity before extra review or final-review time. This arithmetic does not predict an exam mark or guarantee retention.
Leave space for review
If you use three 15-minute reviews per topic, six finished topics add up to 270 review minutes. The actual due dates matter: late topics may not have seven days left. Check the planner’s backlog rather than increasing time until a summary turns green.
